Part 1 - "The 5 Pro-tips" on how to get the most value from this system

  • 1. Use the Desktop Version of GrowSimple - Check it daily like you check your email. Use the mobile app as a backup for when you are on the go!
  • 2. Always call your appointments & applications from the GrowSimple system (you can use desktop and mobile app too). Call all appointments twice!
  • 3. Go through your "Review" & "App Complete" lists on a weekly basis. Use the Green Lead Notes button to give us notes/feedback!
  • 4. Always try to take client applications over the phone! Spend your time on the call walking them through or at least starting the application with them. BONUS SCRIPT ATTACHED FOR DOWNLOAD
  • 5. Once you get a lead pre-approved, make sure you are handing them over to a realtor to keep them moving down the buyer's journey!
